Sommelier inflation is defined by the parameters of parameters of Sommelier blockchain. Sommelier staking APR calculated on data coming from x/distribution module of Cosmos SDK. Standard APR-formulas based on SOMM inflation rate are not used here, as not all emissions can go to stakers (some emissions can go to community pool, to developers etc.) and even zero-emission blockchains can distribute rewards for stakers from special reserve pools. So RSI shows how much stakers got from Sommelier inflation. And RSR is Sommelier APR minus Sommelier actual inflation.
