Dhealth inflation is defined by the parameters of Dhealth blockchain. Dhealth staking APR based on data coming from Cosmos SDK x/distribution module. Standard APR-formulas based on inflation are not used here, as not all emissions can go to stakers (some emissions can go to community pool, to developers etc.) and even zero-emission blockchains can distribute rewards for stakers from special reserve pools. So RSI shows how much stakers got from Dhealth inflation. And RSR is Dhealth APR minus Dhealth real inflation.
